I just came across two very well written articles describing breastmilk: the different types of breastmilk, breastmilk composition, the benefits to baby, etc.
If you are or hope to be a parent-to-be, you will learn lots.
If you are breastfeeding/have breastfed, you might learn something new. If anything, read this and commend yourself for doing such an awesome thing for your child!
If breastfeeding did not work out for you, do not let guilt overtake you; educate yourself and get help so you can succeed next time around.
